While growing the company, Nick earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Henderson State University. Balancing school and business ownership sharpened his leadership and deepened his commitment to professional standards.

As Lazer’s reputation and range of services expanded, Nick rebranded the company as Lazer Property Services to capture its full scope—from lawn care to comprehensive property enhancements. This pivotal move reflects his belief that every project, large or small, deserves thoughtful planning, quality materials, and a team that never cuts corners.

Today, Nick continues to guide Lazer with a clear mission: deliver unmatched property services that last, foster long-term client relationships, and create a workplace where employees can grow and excel. From day one, Zach has been an essential part of Lazer’s journey. He and Nick built Lazer Property Services side-by-side, and in January of 2024 they launched Lazer Treatment Division together—a natural next step that combined their shared vision for growth with Zach’s passion for turf health and precision lawn care. Today, Zach serves as President and Partner of Lazer Treatment Division, steering the specialized fertilization, weed control, and lawn pest management services that complement the full-service landscaping arm of the company.

Zach brings impressive academic and professional credentials to his leadership role. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, providing a strong foundation in strategy, operations, and customer experience. Equally important is his hands-on expertise: Zach is certified for pesticide and insecticide application through the Arkansas State Plant Board, ensuring every treatment meets strict safety and environmental standards.

Under Zach’s guidance, Lazer Treatment Division has earned glowing reviews and delivered incredible results, quickly establishing a reputation for reliability and measurable lawn improvements. His strong work ethic and genuine enthusiasm for the science of turf care inspire his team and reassure clients that their properties are in expert hands.

Lazer Lawn Care began its journey on January 1, 2020, with only a modest investment—a 10-foot trailer, a tarp, a couple of rakes, and a bold vision for what a landscaping company could be. What we lacked in equipment, we made up for with hard work, determination, and a belief that quality and honesty matter more than shortcuts. Our earliest jobs focused on humble leaf removals and small mulching projects, but even then, every detail was treated with the same care and precision that defines our work today.

As word spread about our dependable service and lasting results, the demand for more complex projects grew. Instead of rushing growth, we reinvested every dollar back into the business—upgrading to commercial-grade equipment and expanding our capabilities one carefully planned step at a time. Each new machine, trailer, and truck represented not just an investment in assets, but a commitment to elevating standards and giving our customers the best possible outcome on every property we touch.

By 2021 and 2022, that steady, values-driven growth led to a natural evolution.
