While running the business, Nick completed a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Henderson State University. Upon Graduation, Nick's commitment to the industry solidified. Recognizing his lifelong dedication to the field, he evolved the company to better reflect its comprehensive services and his enduring passion. Post-graduation, Nick rebranded the company to Lazer Property Services, a name that more accurately captures the broad spectrum of services the company offers, and the genuine enjoyment Nick derives from his work. This pivotal decision marked a commitment to delivering unparalleled property services under a name that truly encapsulates Nick’s dedication to excellence.

Lazer Lawn Care sprouted its roots on January 1st, 2021, fueled by a modest investment in a 10ft trailer, a tarp, and a couple of rakes. Our journey began with humble leaf removal and small-scale mulching jobs, laying the foundation for years of tireless dedication and a commitment to excellence.
